Privacy Policy: Ordervana Studio
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Ordervana Studio is a private tool used only by the owner of a small group of YouTube channels (listed on studio.ordervana.in, starting with Professor Ullu) to upload those channels' own videos. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
What the app accesses
When the channel owner signs in with Google, Ordervana Studio asks for two permissions:
- Upload videos to YouTube (
youtube.upload): to publish each channel's own videos with their title and description. - See your YouTube account (
youtube.readonly): to confirm it is connected to the right channel and to read that channel's own video statistics.
The app uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What is stored, and where
- The sign-in token is stored only on the channel owner's own computer, in a file only that user can read.
- Video files, titles and descriptions are created by the owner and stored on the same computer.
- The app does not collect, store or process any data about viewers or other YouTube users.
Sharing
Ordervana Studio does not sell, rent or share any data with anyone. Data goes only to YouTube (Google), and only to upload the owner's own videos.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (remove "Ordervana Studio"), or through the Google security settings page. Deleting the token file on the owner's computer also disconnects the app.
